Health Protocols
Other than updating our already stringent cleaning protocols to align with CDC protocols, not much should change with your stay here at the Pioneer. We will send a pre-arrival email, as we get closer to your reservation, updating you on any local restrictions and also retail/ restaurant openings, etc.
There is a lot of uncertainty these days but we can guarantee that the Pioneer will remain a quiet, safe refuge to get away and recharge.
Cancellation Policy
In these constantly changing times, we realize guests are concerned about our cancellation policy. For Covid-19 related travel restrictions or anyone feeling ill, we have altered our policy to offer full refunds, 100% credits toward future stays good for 3 years or the option to rebook your dates free of charge.
We will be subject to all state or county public health orders which you can find on the Gunnison County website.
